Competition Stages

The campaign will run in five stages. Review the process before submitting nominations.

Stage 1 Instructions: Open Nominations

  • Submit valid nominee details and ensure nominee contact information is accurate.
  • Write a clear reason that explains why the nominee deserves consideration.
  • Nominations are accepted only until the nomination end date.

Stage 2 Instructions: Nomination Review

  • Admin reviews all submitted nominations for eligibility and completeness.
  • Invalid, duplicate, or incomplete nominations may be rejected.
  • Qualified nominees proceed to the shortlisting process.

Stage 3 Instructions: Open Vote

  • Shortlisted nominee(s) are published for public voting.
  • Votes are counted only within the voting start and end period.
  • Suspected invalid vote activity can be flagged for review.

Stage 4 Instructions: Result Validation

  • Vote results are audited and verified for fairness.
  • Admin may remove invalid votes before finalizing results.
  • Final ranking is confirmed before public announcement.

Stage 5 Instructions: Winner Announcement

  • Winners are officially announced after validation is complete.
  • Campaign status is moved to closed after announcement.
  • Summary details are published for transparency.
